As someone who's mind can often feel like a race track with the race cars travelling in both directions, this course bought my mind to the same place my feet were on multiple occasions. I was aware of the benefits of being mindful prior to the course, and was doing some mindful practices irregularly through the week. Making it a daily conscious effort did enhance the effects I was already feeling and helped me fine tune the matter that is my consciousness. It no longer feels like a tangled ball, but a coherent web of information that I can tap into much easier.
