Join us for an in-depth exploration of the real factors influencing fat loss and gain. This symposium goes beyond the hype, providing evidence-based insights from renowned experts.

Dr Eric Helms

World-renowned authority on evidence-based fitness and nutrition

We're incredibly focused on macronutrients in the fitness industry. But does it really make sense that entrenched camps literally fight over the supremacy of specific macronutrients? Macronutrients are perhaps the most underrated and overrated topics in modern nutrition... So, I’m incredibly excited to present what people really need to know about macronutrients, and how to apply it!

Dr Mikki Williden

Expert in the real-world application of nutrition for health

I can't wait to be speaking at this symposium on the importance of diet quality for fat loss as it can get lost in the conversation when we focus on calories or macronutrients. Empowering people with strategies and to make better decisions can lead to transformative changes in their lives, improving not just their physical health but their overall well-being.

Dr Cliff Harvey

NZ's leading Clinical Nutrition practitioner-researcher

I'm stoked to be presenting alongside my colleagues Mikki and Eric!
I can't wait to delve into some of the factors that are commonly ignored when discussing body composition, like the social, psychological, and psychoneurophysiological factors that can change our behaviours and encourage fat gain and impede our ability to lose fat.
