A brilliant course that breaks it all down into manageable chunks. No counting calories, no weighing things and as a busy mum this was a godsend! I don't have to constantly think or prepare in advance. This course doesn't overwhelm you with too much too soon, instead you are given easy manageable pieces that you can build on. Everything asked of you is easy to do, and because of this I found I was able to make small changes that have really stuck. My sleep has improved, my mood has improved and I can now throw a healthy meal together.

Cliff Harvey PhD, DipFit, DipNat, is a nutritionist, naturopath, author, life and purpose coach, and researcher.
